Tempest - just read your recent rantings. I say goodbye and good ridance to FD. You hate it there and you're hating yourself there. Get the hell out. Do it before the next wave of restructuring. There will never be a good time financially to quit - you just need to do it and then make due. Once you've got less $$ coming in, that should be the motivator you both need to quit with the mad crazy spending. PS. Didja buy that HDTV?

I figured I'd drop you all a line and let you know that I'm still alive and kicking, while I sit here on hold with the unemployment office. Bastards have me on hold for 19 minutes, then tell me it's gunna be another 16. Arg!

Still pregnant.
Most of the time I'm not morning sick, but just about once a week I'll spend the entire day too ill to move. Lovely, hu? I haven't started to show yet, but my pants are getting tight. I've already put a couple of pairs of jeans away and I'm just happier in elastic waist pants. I'm trying to eat right and all that crap...I haven't had a diet coke, cigarette, or other smoke in over a month. I treat myself to the occasional cup of coffee, but usually try to stay away from caffiene. I've had the occasional glass of red wine too - my doctor even said it would be ok. I'm all about the green leafy veggies and lots of fruits - can't seem to get enough clementines. Ok, and chocolate.

Still unemployed.
Birdgirl set me up with a friend at Clark University who was hiring, but the money would have come out to only slightly more than the unemployment check. Why work for it when they will give me $$ for free? Besides, this will force Blixx to take his business seriously. I'm still combing the newspaper and career sites, but I doubt I'll have much luck before next year, which right now is fine by me as I'm enjoying my vacation.

Screw waiting around on hold. I've got 15 rolls of film to get developed (haven't done it in like a year, so this should be interesting!) and a doctor's appointment this afternoon. I'll get around to publishing the ultrasound picks one of these days, I promise.
