My cell phone is a piece of crap, & I'm frustrated with Cingular. I'm asking for your input on either a really good recommendation for a phone/cell carrier, or your horror stories on who to stay away from. I've got to deal with this quickly, cuz I'm missing calls all over the place. Please drop me an e-mail or AOL IM and let me know your thoughts.
